Jennite was one of the first blacktop sealing companies in the country when it was founded by Cliff Schoen. Son in-laws Bob Wheeler and Kevin Smith grew the company during it's second generation. In it's third generation, Bob and Tom Wheeler are carrying on it's founders mission to provide professional service with the highest quality materials and with the ut-most integrity.
Karl Litle, heads our seal division. Karl has used his many years of experience to assemble and train the best people in the industry. Karl coordinates a commercial seal crew, two residential seal crews and a crack sealing crew. His crews have a great record for 100% customer satisfaction. The Jennite seal division employs 15 people and has the highest quality blacktop maintenance program in the Northwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan.
Many of Jennite’s competitors in the paving industry also call on Jennite to seal their own paving jobs which is the highest compliment to our seal division.
Our crews work seven days a week during our seal season which starts approximately May 15th and ends approximately Sept. 30th. Please call early to get on Jennite’s calendar for any crack sealing, blacktop sealing, striping and drain or storm sewer needs you may have.
